GIRLS' - STD I ADMISSION FOR JUNE 2010

We have 4 divisions of Std-I with 45 children in each. However, since we already have 135 children (3 Divisions) coming up from the Upper K.G., we can only take 45 new children. This number cannot be increased if personal attention is required to be given to each child. Last year we received an overwhelming response, however, we could select only 45 children, as the seats are limited. We have no preferences. The School
caters to All communities without bias.

Application Forms must be filled on-line.  Please read the procedure and other details given below and click on I Agree to get the On-line Application Form

• When you fill up the application form correctly and submit it, the printable application form will appear on the screen. Kindly take a print out of your application form. Please note that only the application form filled and downloaded from the school website is valid. Other forms will be rejected.A unique reference number printed on the application form is to be noted for all future communication regarding this application.
  
  You are also required to prepare photocopies of the following documents.
  
  
  a. Proof of residence-Ration card /passport /latest telephone     bill (photo copy attested by a gazetted officer).
  
  b. School and Degree certificates of father and mother. (photo     copy attested by a gazetted officer) No mark sheets.
  
  c. Birth certificate of child (photo copy attested by a gazetted     officer).

• After completion of the above, you are required to visit the School Office on the dates given below (refer - Summary of Application procedure with dates).
  
  Rs.100/- is to be paid for the application process.
  
  At this time you will be required to bring the following :
  
  1) Print out of the Application Form
  2) All the attested photocopies.
  
  Should there be any discrepancies your application will not be processed.
  
  Please note that submission of Application form and payment of Application Fee does not guarantee admission or even being short- listed.The Executive Director’s decision, favourable or otherwise, is final and binding. After announcement of admission results, it would not be possible to grant an appointment for special considerations. Parents co-operation and understanding in this regard would be appreciated. For Final results candidates will be intimated on email. Please provide valid/accurate email ids for this purpose
